Small / Medium Size Business

One of ODIs principle consultants has extensive experience in SMB organizations.
We developed specific products and services to meet the unique needs of those
businesses. This includes virtual consulting, distance learning, e-learning, and
distance assessments, e.g., the development of affordable tactical level tools to
immediately impact small and medium sized business.

We recognize that in today’s high stress economy, not all companies have the resources to engage in more traditional consulting and/or education projects.  In response to these conditions, ODI has developed web based tools that can provide a quick glimpse into the “health” of their organization (including the quality of the existing workforce). These tools have been designed to be useful in their own right. They provide the SMB manager with critical data that leads to an organizational assessment of the health of their company.
